Cheerful and Bright Baby Welcoming

Once our first born joined us Earth side I quickly came to see him as a bright, active boy with a love for all kinds of action. I knew his celebration needed to have lots of colour, and with mine and my husband's love of fast cars and racing, and surely a future interest of his too, a luxury auto gallery was the perfect place to hold it.

A bright palette of orange, baby blue, teal, yellow, red and copper carried throughout the décor. Balloons, paper chain garland, napkins with baby hand prints, and fun A-Z letter blocks added youthfulness, while the florals added a formal whimsy.

Guests were invited to write some life advice on fabric that I would later sew into a blankie, colour a page for an A-Z letter book, as well as explore the showroom full of luxury vehicles. Guests nibbled on home-cooked bites, indulged in cake and colourful custom donuts, and sipped fresh-made sparkling ginger apple cider.

Our little honourable guest donned a miniature crown and was welcomed into the community with a sweet ceremony.
